Food In a Flash

"Good Luck Thai Food" situated in Lan Kwai Fong Hong Kong, it a tiny indoor/outdoor restaurant. Compared to other places in Hong Kong  it is cheap, and has one of the best vibes. Frankie the owner, a small man who can hold his alcohol, serves drinks and takes orders and if you lucky he might just pop around to your table and down a glass of wine. good luck thai food is separated from the next door restaurant by plastic blinds and tables. on a Friday night you will have to book a table if you want to eat, the streets are full with people drinking, partying  and eating. I was in Hong Kong with my girlfriend Caitlan, her father lives there and he wanted me to try out this place, i had heard stories of the food from Caitlan but nothing beats the real thing, Mike, Caitlans dad ordered all the food and it did not stop coming, neither did the beers tsing tau (if thats how you spell it) the food was being cooked out of i tiny kitchen, it had two chefs, two gas burners and two woks and the food flies out of there! everything we ate was good, i had eaten the best thai green curry ever! It was fresh and tasty and you never waited long for a dish, it was in a flash! It was by far one of my best experiences no fine dinning no dress code it was all about the food and the vibe, and i will return for sure!

Hong Kong has opened my eyes to a whole new world of cooking! I myself am a chef in South Africaim new to blogging but i want to move Hong Kong to work and live! ill keep posts up on here maybe make some connections If anyone has any questions or advice for me please do comment! or email me!....
